ADDM & AWR Report Analysis

Team,

I need your help to check the addm & awr reports attached if there is any issue to be corrected for performance problem.

I also need a help to understand what does it mean exactly "The SQL spent 100% of its database time on CPU, I/O and Cluster waits."?

Recommendation 2: SQL Tuning

      Run SQL Tuning Advisor on the SELECT statement with SQL_ID

      "f515479jmv809".
