How the concurrent program send to supplier or customer by email and store the sent email to exchang

Hi,

We face a question.

We would like to send the e-statement to supplier or customer via customized concurrent request, the supplier/customer email address is configured in delivery option when concurrent request submission.

Our SMTP of mailer is point to exchange server. How can we found the statement PDF email from outlook outbox? Is it possible for that?
