Database creation Oracle 12.1.01 on Windows 64 Bit

It is now the second time on a server that we have received the following error when trying to create a database with Oracle 12:

"DIM-00019: create service error O/S-Error:(OS 1388) A new member could not be added to local group because the member has the wrong account type"

The servers have domain controller functions. With Oracle 11 we could create a database without problems. There must have been changed something. With Oracle 10 we had similar problems until it had been resolved with a patch set.
