ERROR: Selected bill to address does not exist

Hi Team,


Not sure why we wre getting an error while Creating the SR or RO on the depot repair form. I have checked from backend and attached is the reference doc for you to advice,

I checked and found that the account is active however while working with depot repair community they told that there is an issue with party sites.I have atatched the Trace file also for your indepth understanding, please review and advice at the earliest.

Also I have attached an error which I facing while updating the SHIP to party site, not sure about that error or that is the actuall issue in this matter?
