BPA Invoices to be sent as Email to Customers

HI

Do anyone know how to Split the Invoices in BPA and sent as EMAIL.

Requirement: We are currently printing Invoices Using Bill Presentment Architecture (BPA)  and it working fine, And Now we want to Send these Invoices to customers  as Email, and these invoices should be split at Invoice number level to send as email.

Please let me now if any solution..

I also checked the blogs, I see it is possible with BPA with BI Publisher.  If I use BI Publisher then I know we have create new templates again and use Bursting.

We don't want to create new Templates because we have many invoice templates for so many countries, so it is very big customization again.
