We are migrating from 8.1.1.11.9 to 8.1.1.14.3

During Pause1 file generation we are getting below error. All the steps before this went fine.

Unable to open the source file /appl/sba81/dbsrvr/db2390/upgrade/v8_1_1_11/pret.jcl.

Errors encountered

We are unable to proceed with the upgrade.
