Multiple Rate Schedule Doc Types

How do I setup MRP (R3483) and S&D Inquiry (P4021) to recognize multiple Rate Schedule Doc Types?  We use S&D Inclusion rule set MRP in R3483 and P4021.  I have added the desired doc types into the processing option of P34004 and selected the correct statuses.  When running MRP or inquiring on S&D, only the SC rate schedules are used in the calculations,  In both, there is a processing option to specify Rate Schedule, but only one can be entered, not multiple doc types similar to the forecast processing option.
