Remote Proxy didn't cleanly uninstall

Hello all.

I've gotten myself into a corner that I'm not sure how to get out of.

A few days ago, I was trying to un-assign a single network from a proxy.  I'm not sure what happened, but at some point the proxy couldn't see any networks to add.

After hours of fiddling with it, I just uninstalled the proxy and was going to re-install.  The uninstall claimed successful, however the re-install of the proxy failed.

Using OCDoctor on the proxy, it appeared that the un-install did not finish cleanly and left garbage:
