Change field " Format" on page Update Service Request in Agent Dashboard - Customer Support
Hi, please help with problem
In Agent Dashboard on page Update Service Request there is a field "Format" with value "Detail" and "Summary"( screen 1)
By default set value "Summary" and full text notes not display (screen 2)
How to set up and use by default value "Detail"?
If set in personalization page value "Detail", it is displayed, but anyway need to click the button "GO' to display notes, which is inconvenient
