Hello,

Applying patch 18911810 - causes polkup.ldt to fail on adwork02:-
causes the following error:-
Loading data using  FNDLOAD function.
FNDLOAD APPS/***** 0 Y UPLOAD @FND:patch/115/import/aflvmlu.lct @PO:patch/115/import/US/polkup.ldt -

ORA-06512: at "APPS.FND_LOOKUP_VALUES_PKG", line 56
ORA-06512: at "APPS.FND_LOOKUP_VALUES_PKG", line 851
ORA-01403: no data found

Log files are showing
