How to create a View level PR file in siebel Open UI 8.1.1.11

Hi have read about creating a PR file in view and Application level in Siebel 8.1.1.11 version. Can anyone give some sample snipet or the functions we need to initialize while writing view level or application level PR file. I couldnt find this information in Bookshelf.
