I am thoroughly confused. I see a lot of good information out there about this whole process, but I'm still totally confused. (I've reviewed the FAQs and the webcast documentation. I have glanced at the manual.)

In what order do we run the following?

R03B16 / R03B16A

R03B163

R03B161

I have updated the P03B08. Because I changed that, I think I need to run the R03B163. But I'm confused about what dates to put in the processing options. The word "purge" scares the bejeebers out of me.

The R03B16 / R03B16A: Is this run every year? It almost seems like a pre-requisite for the other jobs, but other documentation says to run this <only?> if you're starting over???
