AP/PO FAD Asset says loaded on INTFC_PHY and INTFC_FIN but isn't

Two scenarios...A/P PO tried loading an ADJ to an existing asset.  ASSET_ID was entered on the INTFC_FIN but ASSET_ID was left as 'NEXT' on INTFC_PHY table.  Both INTFC records show loaded.  The existing ASSET_ID in AM did not get updated but the INTFC_FIN says loaded. The INTFC_PHY says loaded and shows the next ASSET_ID, but no Physical AM records were loaded.  How should I proceed?
