Local Instance of Open UI Application not working

Hi,

when i try to open local version of Open UI application i am seeing some JS exception in console. and when i check the list of js files downloaded i could see below js files are not downloaded in the browser.

 

facadeconstants.js
siebelconstants.js
viewpm.js

viewpr.js

Error in downloading file undefined:undefined
