WMS: Purchase Order Receipts not coming in sequence when try to receive through MSCA

This is a WMS Enabled Organization. I've a blanket PO having 2 open releases( 302 and 315). Release 302 has need by date 15th Aug 2014 while 315 has 19th May 2015. while receiving the PO through MSCA screen we get error 'Create PO interface record failed. |Quantity tolerance exceeded.'

in MSCA Input parameters given only PO and part number . I tried to receive 100 Pc which is from 302 release and i believe Oracle should show me quantity/releases those having old need by date . In Application front end it is showing correct 100 quantity in the 1st line ( followed by 64 quantity of release 315). I can receive 64 Pc through telnet but can't 100pc.
