Two Different accounts for Transfer Order

We are doing ST-OT order where our requirment is as follows:-
1.One branch to another branch without bypassing AR to hit one object account say ex. A

2.One branch to another branch with bypass AR to hit another object account say ex.B.

Here we are using flex account based on MCU from F0006 for revenue.

Items used to transfer are having same GL class.

We want to use same order type ST-OT for both the cases,is it possible?

Suggest optimum solution.
