Has Anyone experienced formating changes on Journal Entry Reseve after applying Patch 18113302

Our Business user has complained the Journal Entry Reserve report has changed.  The spacing is different (it looks like 1.5 when it looked like it was only single spacing) and the header is not on each page as it had in the past.  We added Patch 18113302 by in January and I was trying to find out if anyone had experienced that same issue, or if you know how to correct the issue.
