Cost Detail Report - out of Balance. Jan through Dec 2014 report.

When I run the Cost Detail Report in Oracle EBS - Fixed Assets Module - I get an Asterix "*" on the right side of the report indicating at OUT OF BALANCE situation.

For example, the Beginning Balance column on the left is Zero for a particular asset.  For the same asset/row, the Ending Balance is 13,402.61 - along with the Asterix.

There was a transfer during the year (report run for Jan through December 2014).  This is NOT noted in the Transfers column (and I am not sure why).

Please let me know if you have seen this before and can perhaps explain what may be happening.
