Oracle 11i Material Workbench

Hello,

We have a issue with On Hand quantity form /Material Workbench.

Issue is:

1. Item level On Hand quantity is : 999

2. But when we enter Lot # for that Item:  The Available Quantity and On Hand Quantity both resets to Zero.

3. When you try to issue misc transactions, it says you will drive quantity negative.

This seems to be a bug. What is the issue when Item without Lot shows On hand balance and item with Lot# resets to zero?

Please advise.
