upgrading siebel from 8.0.0.11 SBA to sia 8.1.1.11 siebel innovation pack

I would like to know what are the best way or steps to upgrade the siebel from 8.0.0.11 sba  to 8.1.1.11 sia on our production environment  ,I already done the development part and now developers are working to solve some issues .

I would appreciate if providing some videos or training for such type of upgrade ,
