problem with the retirement of one asset.

dear all, I have a problem with the retirement of one asset. It said that OFA-47434 that you must post your mass addition before you can retire this asset.

I check about this problem, and it was a transaction in status Post in fa_mass_additions table.

and it is I we tried to remove the aseet from the mass addition record in the prepare Mass addition form, but it shows me the error Ofa-47296 please enter a non-zero value for units.

how can I resolve the problem ?? my Oracle financial is very old version 11.5.0
