How to create link URL to update a Service Request in some external application

Hi All,

We are using EBS r12.0

Our problem is stated here as

Need to know definition of a link that  could be posted  to an external application, which when clicked, would take directly to the SR in question for update within the applications (this assumes of course that the user is already logged in to the Applications, such as in customer case where they are using SSO).

This is similar to the iSupport link "http://host:port/OA_HTML/ibuSRDetails.jsp?srID={SR number}" which allows direct access to an SR via iSupport. In this case need  to access the Customer Support Specialist Update SR page.
