HOW ADD A LIGNE IN A TABLE FROM A REPORT WHEN I CLICK ON A LINK OF THE REPORT

Hi,

I try to add a ligne in a table from a report

i defined a column link in my report,

i would like, when i click on this link , add a ligne in another table and return on another page

i don't know where i can define my process of insert

i don't know how i can retrieve my variable when i click on this link

i'm new on APEX,and i don't know if this is a good solution
