Error while starting ECE

When I try to start ECE using ./ecc command in ECE_HOME/oceceserver/bin using start it is showing a warning and error message as under:

-- No JMX Enabled Nodes are available.

-- Starting one JMX-Enabled Node.

-- Node 'ecs1' started with PID 23146

-- No JMX Enabled Nodes are available.

-- Node 'ecs1' did not start. Please check logs for potential cause.

-- Not able to start any JMX-Enabled Node.

-- There is at least 1 JMX-Enabled Node required.

===> status: false

In ecs1.log the warnings and messages are:

WARN -  -  -  - Oracle Coherence 12.1.2.0.1 (thread=Cluster, member=n/a): Received a discovery message that indicates the presence of an existing cluster that does not respond to join requests; this is usually caused by a network layer failure
