Enterprise Manager 12c

I am planning to install OEM 12c in Windows server. I currently have 11g Grid Control with OMS and repository database running in a Solaris Sparc server. The version of repository database is 11.2.0.3. Now  i need to install 12c OMS in a Windows 64bit server while keeping the same repository database in Solaris server. Could you please point me to any technical resources or documentation that matches with my requirement.
