Database 11.2.0.4.5 'known issues'

Hi,

We are upgrading from 11.2.0.3 to 11.2.0.4.5 with JAN2015CPU.

There are many known issues described in Doc ID 1562139.1 for the 11.2.0.4 Patch Set
11.2.0.4 Patch Set - Availability and Known Issues (Doc ID 1562139.1)

There are no known issues listed with Doc ID 1942910.1 for the Patch Set Update 11.2.0.4.5
Oracle Database Patch Set Update 11.2.0.4.5 Known Issues (Doc ID 1942910.1)

Does this mean all issues documented in Doc ID 1562139.1 are now resolved by updating to 11.2.0.4.5?
