Is there an inactive flag in address book

We have noticed that World A9.2 has a program P01951 that will find all inactive address books and a processing option to set the flag to inactive in the F0101 file.  I don't see this functionality in Enterprise One.  Can you let me know if E1 has this capability and what program can do this.
