Is anybody using FNDLOAD to migrate Registered Flagged Files from one instance to another?

I'd like to use FNDLOAD to migrate Registered Flagged Files from one instance to another. I know I can export/import them directly from within the apps, but would prefer to have FNDLOAD handle it. Is anybody else doing this?
