can you assign two GL accounts to one recoverable tax

We have two recoverable taxes and there is a requirement to distribute one of the recoverable taxes to two GL accounts, e.g. the recoverable tax is 1.00 .75 needs to go to 1 GL account .25 to another GL account.  I cannot see where I can define percentages and two GL accounts.  Is this possible.
