Dynamic group change

I am trying to edit a dynamic group that has over 300 targets in the group. The dynamic group membership criteria is defined using target_type and hosts. Without doing any change when going into edit for this group and clicking on OK, I get the following error:

Error carrying out the repository operation: Edit Dynamic Group : GROUP_NAME. Exception : A non-privilege propagating entity cannot be a member of a privilege propagating entity. -

We are running 12cR4. I am the owner of the group and have Super Admin privilege.
