RPM_FUTURE_RETAIL action date is smaller than ITEM_LOC approval date

Hi,

We are using RPM 13.2.6. We are running newItemLocBatch and the action_date in RPM_FUTURE_RETAIL is equal to VDATE - 1. Can you tell me how it is been populated like that?
