How do I get help with rapidwiz install issues?

I am having install issues with radidwiz. I want to create an SR - but I cannot find an applicable product from the list of products. Under Oracle Applications Tech stack  I see specific exclusion of install related issues, and many other choices but none that would cover install. Uner E-Business suite I find again many specific things - but nothing about installation. Suggestions?
