View only customer menu

We are using EBS version 12.1.3

For the invoicing user responsibility that uses the seeded AR_NAVIGATE_GUI menu. Under this  menu, there is a customer submenu. Due to segregation of duty conflict, we need to make this customer submenu view only. Is there a standard seeded view customer menu or function that can be used? I tried to duplicate the function and make it view only. But there are too many function under the submenu. So far have not get it to work yet. Gurus, please advise. Thank you very much.
