Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. What cause my menus look like this?

Hi All,

What cause my menus disorganized like this? Is it because of web browser or something else?

Sometimes some menus are missing so I have to log out and log in again.

I use Internet Explorer version 10.0.9200.16519 as web browser.
