Upgrade from Weblogic Server 10.3.4 to 10.3.6

We are upgrading our weblogic server from 10.3.4 to 10.3.6. I have download the patch p13529623 as per guidelines mentioned in DOC 1074946.1. After setting the weblogic environment variable, I execute the jar file "wls1036_upgrade_generic.jar". Then a GUI widow open which asks me select a already existing Middle Ware Directory. When the already existing path is selected and clicked on 'Next", the installer throws a pop up message. The message simply says, "Product is not Installed".

Please share any kind of information on this issue.
