Exceptions dates not clear

Dear Experts,

While checking the excepions users observed that there is some difference in dates in ASCP and ISOs.

Here are two snapshots for 1 example:

1st attachment - snapshot from ASCP - it suggest to change "FROM DATE" -> "TO DATE"

2nd attachement - snapshot from the ISO - Non of the dates in it (Schedule, Arrival, Request or Promise) are equal to "FROM DATE"

In this case what is exactly the "FROM DATE" filed in ASCP showing and how can the exception dates be explained? Your prompt help will be really appreciated.
