Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. QA icon appear on receiving transaction form even though QP: PO Inspection profile option is set to

In receiving transactions window, the QA icon is being displayed and when pressing on it the following error appear:

Quality results cannot be entered because no Collection Plans apply.

What I want is to prevent this icon from being displayed. I have checked the QP: PO Inspection profile option and it is set to Oracle Purchasing.

Any help or suggestions are appreciated
