Hi, can sombody advice is below opening port, would it affect the connectivity issue as explained the white paper above ?

my user has been experiencing some of the errors stated in the white paper..

In app server, Internally there is no blockage, on the windows level all native firewall is turned off. Apart from that, for the sonicwall which is on netscaler load balancer ( 2 webservers) , they allow from internal any to external but external to come in is 9001-9005, 443

they allow everything from int to external....but with restrictions from ext to int...

kindly advise...
