R12.1.3 : Pre-requisite patches issue for patch 10079097:R12.PER.B

Hello,

I was recommended  to apply Patch 10079097 UNABLE TO APPLY FOR LEAVE WHEN BALANCE IS NEGATIVE

1. Customer is getting the following error

AutoPatch error:
--------
Missing prerequisite codelevel for entity 'ad'.

This patch requires the following codelevel or higher: 'R12.AD.B.3'.
The current on-site codelevel for the entity 'ad' is : 'R12.AD.B.1'.

In order to apply this patch you must first apply a patch that introduces at least the minimum required codelevel.


2. While trying to apply PATCH Oracle Applications DBA 12.1.3 Product Release Update Pack (R12.AD.B.Delta.3) Patch 9239089 customer gets error.
