Mass Additions Posting Execution Report Error - LTD Dep and YTD Dep Must Be the Same

Hello There,

I have test loaded 3 assets, via WebADI, with 2 successfully loaded but the last didn't with the error:

Life-to-date depreciation and year-to-date depreciation must be the same.

Mass Addition ID: 88379 ==> ** Failed **

Number of successes: 0

Number of failures: 1

Module Mass Additions Post ended with error

I found DocID 133442.1 that states:

5. Mass Additions Post Errors Life to Date and YTD.

Solution:

To post assets with a date placed in service (dpis) of the current year the
deprn reserve (life to date) and the YTD (year to date) depreciation must match.
Assets with dpis older then the current year do not have to have this
