Query to validate if duplicate POs are created for a requsition and Business Unit

Hi,

Could anyone please help me for the below request?

PO_REQRCON process had failed and data got corrupted. because the process has not completed fully, we are not sure if the POs are created fine.
so, we are trying to identify if duplicate POs are created for requisition and Business Unit.
I kindly request you to help me to provide SQL.
