R12.1.3 : looking for a tool that show changes after a patch was installed

Hello,

I am looking for a tool that details the changes that was made to my EBS system after a patch was applied
does oracle have such a tool (not a log file) ?

I know how to extract the file name that was replaced by the patch but not the functionality that was changed in this file or what database objects was changed during this patch installation
