FDMEE and ODI

Hi Team,

Just wanted to know if there is any restriction on the ODI which comes with FDMEE 11.1.2.3 install. Wanted to know if there is any difference between getting license for standalone ODI vs the one which comes with FDMEE. I am looking at restrictions like data load ,etc. And even if we had to use ODI standalone, can we use ODI standalone without FDMEE? like may be create another work repository etc??
