Difference between UCM and URM

Hi All,

I have some questions related to webcenter content (UCM) and webcenter content records (URM):

1- Could I enable the  Physical Content Management feature in UCM, and if YES how?

2- Does all UCM features exist in URM?

3- Are there a situation that I may need to have both products (UCM and URM) installed ?

Any helpful answers are appreciated
