Currency Conversion

Hello,

We are currently in the process of implementation at a client's place and there is a peculiar requirement where the client enters into contracts with the 3rd party and the contract price is drawn in pennies. However when we perform the ex-rates setup, it is one USD=Foreign.

Can someone help me understand if there is any cross reference or place holder in the system where the dollar-pennies could be defined.
