FRM-40202 error when open transaction form

We are using EBS version 12.1.3

User reported that when using AR menu Transactions-> Transactions form and Transaction Summary form when open the form is getting FRM-40202 error. I have found the note 164878.1 regarding troubleshooting the error. However, I don't think these apply in our case. I have tried to login the same menu and function and it works for me with no error. I have also tried some other user with the same responsibilities and theirs work fine as well. Looks like she is the only one having this error. Gurus, could anyone shed some lights? Not sure where to start to look for this issue. Thank you.
