Siebel Customer Dashboard not refreshing

Hi,

We have configured the Customer Dashboard to show details of the Customer to the Call Center Employee during an incoming call.

However the dashboard does not automatically refresh if we navigate to another account or does not clear its contents if we navigate to another screen.

This is posing security issues as details of the customer is being exposed when not required.

We have an 'Update Dashboard' button but the CSE often forgets to use this button.

Is there a way to automatically refresh the dashboard based on the current Account context?

Siebel version is 8.1.1.7 Consumer Sector.
