Can ODA nodes be configured with different RAM footprints?

We are running X4-2 in virtualized setting.

We are running single non RAC database on one of the nodes

We want to use resources on the other node for user created VM

ODA allocates same RAM and CPU on both nodes even though you only run Oracle on one of them, can the second node be reconfigured to allow more RAM for user created VM?
