E900_TR 9.1.3.1 Error 404 RFC 2068 is found when exporting into excel

hi, my user have encountered above error in customer ledger inquiry when exporting data for 1 specific year into excel file...That went no response in some while before stopped in the IE ..

may i know what could be the reason behind ? see attached.
