Modifiers Poor Performance

Hi,

We have setups for many modifiers in our business.

We are confronting issues sometimes with modifiers that does not apply on sales orders.

EX: A modifier that should be applied when customer buy more than 79 Pcs from any item.

Some sales orders that are qualified to have the above modifier but they didn't get it, and for these cases when the order is not yet picked if we try to reprice the order the modifier will be applied.

We think that it might be a poor performance for the modifier.

Please note that the issue is not reproducible, it is a random issue.
